Thermal bars brand new from Envy are a true "T" bar design that is built using high quality 4130 Chromoly from Taiwan and is thermal treated (heat treated) to 35 on the Rockwell Scale. When you get to this level you are approaching spring steel, which allows flex but will rebound into their original shape.
